Founder & Director

Kidist Daniel

Kidist Daniel is the Founder and Director of Good Hearts Organization, with over 14 years of experience in education, social work, and nonprofit leadership. She has served as a teacher, project officer, and safeguarding advocate, establishing self-help groups and child wellbeing clubs across Wolaita. With degrees in English, Business, and Applied Linguistics, and extensive training in community development, she brings strategic vision, compassion, and project management expertise to Good Hearts’ mission of empowering women, supporting children, and strengthening families.

Chairperson

Adisu Mamo

Mr. Adisu Mamo serves as Chairperson of Good Hearts Organization, contributing extensive experience in finance, marketing, and community development. His career spans roles in government offices, Vision Fund Microfinance, and leadership in finance at the zonal level. Holding a BA in Marketing Management and an MBA in Business Administration, he brings strong skills in leadership, training, and capacity building. At Good Hearts, he is dedicated to advancing sustainable development and supporting vulnerable communities.

Yiftusira Daniel

Mrs. Yiftusira Daniel Gata serves as the Accountant of Good Hearts Organization, overseeing budgeting, reporting, and donor fund management. With prior experience as a Branch Finance Officer at Addis Credit and Saving Institution, she brings strong expertise in financial planning and compliance. Her dedication ensures every project from school improvement to women’s empowerment upholds transparency and accountability.
